Services & Scope. DCS provides Xactimate estimating, supplementing, and related documentation services exclusively for licensed contractors. DCS does not represent property owners or act as a public adjuster.Payment Terms. Initial reports require pre-payment before work begins. Supplements are invoiced on a 5-day schedule unless 14-day terms have been approved in writing. Accounts with unpaid balances will be suspended until resolved.Confidentiality. DCS estimating methodologies, Xactimate strategies, supplement recovery processes, pricing structures, documentation templates, and workflow procedures are proprietary and confidential. This information may not be disclosed, replicated, or used outside of this business relationship.Account Ownership. Your account is registered under the DCS Sales Representative identified in this application. DCS may reassign accounts in accordance with standard operating procedures. Your service relationship is with Discovery Claims Solutions directly.Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.Full Agreement.
